Location

DWTS is located in south central South Dakota, in the town of Winner. Winner is a small rural town with all the conveniences of home and a population of around 3500 people.

Activities

South Dakota offers some of the best hunting, fishing, and recreational oppurtunities around. The Winner, SD area has some of the worlds best pheasant hunting you can find. Winner has often been coined "The Pheasant Hunting Capital of the World". But pheasant hunting isn't the only thing that attracts people to South Dakota. The states walleye fishing is some of the best you'll find, and the great thing is, the Missouri River is located within a short drive from the school! Along with numerous other lakes and dams scatterd throughout the area. You certainly won't have a hard time catching your specimens for class. Also numerous other upland game, waterfoul and big game hunting abound here.
