For the price and relatively quick length of the class, it's a win-win situation for anyone wanting to get a fast start on their new career or hobby of taxidermy.

As in any business time is valuable and this class allows you to be away from home for only a short period of time. But please don't be fooled by the length of this class. You will be sent home not only with your finished projects, but also with your own tool kit and Breakthrough taxidermy manuals.

2-Week Gamehead Course:
This course is specifically designed for students who are interested in learning gamehead training only.  Students will have the oppurtunity to mount 3-4 shoulder mounts depending on the specimens they choose.  For example if a student wishes to mount an elk or something larger, the studnet will most likely not have enough time to complete all 4 mounts.  But if a student wishes to mount a deer, an antelope or something of that size they will be able to complete all 4 mounts.  It all depends on what you as the student would like to mount.  Keep in mind that we will have to know well ahead of time on what you are planning to mount in order to have your specimens ready for you when you arrive.  Due to the relative short length of the course, all specimens and forms will have to be ordered before hand and ready when you arrive.

Just like in the other courses, we will guide you through all the stages of the mounting process, from the grading of your specimen, to skinning, coding, tanning, mounting, finish and air brush work, and placing your mount on a custom made habitat.  All of the mounts are yours to take home, so after you finish the course you will be on your way to building up your own showroom.  Along with the mounts you will also take home your own personal tool kit and a set of Breakthrough Taxidermy manuals.
